We know you’re frustrated: Answering tens to hundreds of enquiries about your listing via email, chat and phone in hopes of finding the right tenant… and having to do it all over. Padfinder will considerably reduce the amount of active time you, the landlord, spend screening applicants, and will also provide you the exact tenant profile you want.

Step 1

After creating your landlord account and before submitting your property listing, you’ll be asked to build your desired tenant profile by setting highly detailed requirement such as minimum credit score, minimum monthly income, criminal background details, and more.

Step 2

Sit back and relax while our hybrid algorithm searches our database for matches. Matches only happen when the applicant exactly fits your desired tenant profile and vice versa.

Step 3

We’ll notify you of a match once the matched applicant has shown interest in your property by swiping right, AND confirmed that they’d like to move forward with the application process.

Step 4

Once you’ve been notified, review the applicant’s profile and start a productive conversation with them.
